You don't need to be able to do handstands or touch your toes to take this training. There is no performance and no competition in yoga.

Whether you take this program with the intention to teach or with the intention to deepen your yogic knowledge, this training will change your life.
This is more than learning poses and cues—it is a profound journey of self-study and transformation. Through dedicated practice paired with yogic philosophy, you will begin to understand your body, mind, and patterns with greater clarity and compassion.
Your dedication will build confidence, presence, and resilience, while cultivating deep knowledge that extends far beyond the mat.
This training will transform your relationship with yourself and the world, encouraging more mindful choices, deeper connections, and a sense of purpose rooted in awareness and service.

While there will be a few supplementary online videos to deepen your knowledge, and homework before you start, the training is 100% live online and in-person. That means you are getting personalized attention, in-depth conversation, and moment to moment feedback.
We believe that learning yogic philosophy is what will help you to change your life! It will change the way you think, act, and interact with the world. This training offers a deep-dive into philosophy basics and helps you to relate ancient teachings to your life!
One of our core values is that yoga is for EVERY body. Yoga does not exclude based on fitness levels, flexibility, ability, body shape or anything else. This training will teach you how to teach to whomever shows up in the room and give you the knowledge to teach diverse populations.
Statistics say that 70% of people have experienced some sort of trauma. Trauma-informed teaching is essential in creating safer space for healing. Research shows that trauma-informed yoga classes can help trauma-survivors in their healing process.
Individualized attention, deep discussions, optional ongoing support, practice teaching, heart-centered encouragement... this training exists because we believe that yoga can change the world and the world needs more highly-qualified teachers. We aren't here to push you through a program, we are here to help guide you in your transformation.
