A one-day training for current Yoga teachers who would like to expand their knowledge to confidently teach chair yoga to seniors.
200 hours of in-person yoga teacher training. Meeting one to two weekends per month from September 2026 to March 2027.
Live, online-classes start live-online in February 2027 followed by a 15-day in-person training from April 14th to 28th at The Soul Space in Williams Lake.
