At Embodied Yoga School, we believe that:
Yoga has the power to change lives, change communities, and change the world for the better.
Yoga is so much more than just a physical practice, understanding Yogic philosophy and psychology will change your life.
Yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, compassion, and growth.
There is no “ideal” yoga body, personality, or lifestyle — yoga belongs to everyone.
The world needs more Yoga teachers of all ages, abilities, and sizes because this world needs more yoga!
Accessible Yoga and trauma-informed principles should not be an afterthought, they should be foundational to any yoga teacher training.

We honour Yoga as a practice that extends far beyond the mat. Through self-inquiry, reflection, and community connection, students are invited to explore how yoga can support more intentional, balanced, and compassionate ways of living.
At Embodied Yoga School, we are committed to cultivating teachers and practitioners who lead with integrity, inclusivity, presence, and heart. We believe that when people feel empowered in themselves and supported in community, they become catalysts for healing and positive change in the world around them.
Whether your goal is to become a certified Yoga teacher, deepen your personal practice, or reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way, our trainings are designed to meet you where you are. No matter your age, experience level, background, or body, you belong here.

You know that Yoga can change your life.
You are ready for transformation.
